Come support our Short-Term Mission Trips and eat a great meal!  Our annual drive through 5B's Chicken and Chop Meal is right around the corner.  All proceeds go to support our mission trips.   You can purchase tickets by stopping by the Sugar Grove Campus office or  stop at the table in the foyer on Sunday mornings starting April 15.  Be sure to tell a friend about this great opportunity!

Join our team in reaching out to the Urban Youth of Wayside Cross.  It's a great way to informally mentor kids and share Christ's love.  A few men from VBC are already coaching a team through UYM and have built relationships and encouraged the kids through this great ministry.

You can either join the team as another coach or consider grabbing a friend and coaching another team.  If you want to join the Mets, practices are Wednesday nights 5:15pm-7:15pm and Saturdays 1:00pm-3:00pm in May at MLK park in Aurora.  Games are generally Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout June and July.  They are held at Copley Field and MLK Field in Aurora.  Sign up today to make a difference in the lives of urban youth right next door.

Are you willing to serve God, have fun, eat a free dinner, win some prizes, and laugh with friends?  We have a chance for you to serve Christ through a powerful ministry called Urban Youth Ministy of Wayside Cross with their annual phone-a-thon.

We'll have dinner at 6:00pm, be trained in how to call a list of current and potential supporters, and be awarded prizes for acheivements.  This will bea fun time of laughter that enables the ministry to spread the Gospel to many young students in the Aurora Area.
