Glorious Waterfall

After a pretty challenging hike, about 45 minutes of ups and downs from camp... Anne and I made it with a couple of dozen campers. Greg and Vic stayed with others for water-front activities... They had already climbed it the day after we got here.

Anne, I'm so proud of you for making the trip to the waterfall! Way to go!!! Next, you and I can tackle Angel Bright trail (uh, that's the trail that leads down the Grand Canyon) It took me slightly longer than 45 minutes, though.

I'm so glad to see that the sun was shining and the temperature was warm! You know God answers prayers! Apparently, that old rule: for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction works too, though, because we had some strong storms come through this morning!

I think tomorrow is your last day with the kids. I know you've all worked so hard this week and I know God will continue to use the work you've done long after you've all gone back home. God is moving mightily through His people!

I'm praying for a terrific send off for all of you and a safe journey back to Anchorage and then on to Denali.

You have been God's best to the kids this week.

Blessings!!
Christa

P.S. OF COURSE I'm going to give you the Cubs score. They won 7-4.

What a beautiful (Scott pronounce that like Al) day to hike to the waterfall! It looks like all the remnants of snow are already gone there. Enjoy your last moments
as you send the kids off throughout the day. I can't wait to hear all about it!

Congrats on making it to the waterfall...I'm sure it was worth it! It looks absolutely breathtaking. I'm praying you are being blessed through this trip & have seen God show more of Himself in some pretty amazing ways!

Love,
Amy

PS - Another Cubbie victory...go Cubs, go!!

Anne,
What an amazing trip to the waterfalls! I hope you had a great time. I hope the J.R. highers had a great time with all of you.
Christine
p.s., Sox lost to the Rockies, don't know the score. I'm sure you still don't care!
