Elijah #1 (SG) - It Was the Best of Times...It Was the Worst of Times

It Was the Best of Times... It Was the Worst of Times

1 Kings 17:1

This paradox surrounding the events of Israel is seen in:

The perversions that invaded the culture.

   These perversions came from a:

  • Nagging and nasty religion.
  • Number of wicked rulers.
  • Notorious relationship.

The person whom God calls.

We learn about Elijah by understanding his:

  • Name.
  • Neighborhood.
  • Nature.

The proclamation that shows great courage.

To better understand this we must examine the:

  • Preface that allows for such authority.
  • Particulars regarding this act of divine sovereignty.
  • Purpose for such activity.
  • Prerequisites we must have to pursue this ministry.
