Pregnancy Information Center
To find out that you are pregnant when you don't want to be can be overwhelming and even frightening. You may feel as if abortion is your only choice. But you do have a real choice. And the Pregnancy Information Centers is her help women in any way that they can. At PIC they provide pregnancy tests, material assistance, parenting classes, and community resources. They also provide peer counseling for those who need advice on pregnancy, abortion, STD's and related issues. The need for PIC has become more apparent since the opening of the Planned Parenthood Clinic in Aurora.
Village People at PIC:
- Linda Todd volunteers at PIC and is the liaison for VBC with the Pregnancy Information Center.
- Jana Woodard works at PIC as their staff nurse.
- Melissa Golowacz also serves at PIC as a volunteer.
