Last week, 72 people from VBC headed back to Silver Birch Ranch in northern Wisconsin for a week of family camp. It was a wonderful time to slow down from the hustle and bustle and to strengthen relationships - with God, with our immediate family and with the other families who attended.

This is a great week for all ages:

• grandparents love being included and can do as much or as little as they feel like;
• parents enjoy the focused time with their children, the variety of activities, and not having to prepare meals!;
• singles & couples without children benefit from the time of retreat, from the opportunity to build new relationships and from the fun afforded by the great outdoors;
• kids, well, they love it all!

The week is built on daily times of worship in song and in the Word of God - and what better place and time to reflect on your relationship with God than when you're in the middle of the Nicolet National Forest away from the pressures of daily life.

Join us in 2010 

In 2010, our summer family camp will take place from June 5 - 11.  Our guest teacher for the week will be Rob Rienow who is a pastor at Wheaton Bible Church and the founder of Visionary Parenting.  VP is a ministry designed to inspire and equip parents and grandparents to carry out the call of Deuteronomy 6 - to impress the hearts of their kids with a love for God.

Registration for 2010 Summer Family Camp will take place in January.
