What is The River? The River is a group of singles who are in college or early in their careers. If you fit into that category, you have enough life experience under your belt to understand that life is like a river. You never know what lies around the bend. No matter what course God allows our lives to take, our destination is the same: the dwelling place of God. These are years when you are making some of the biggest decisions of your life: what you will believe about God and how that will affect your life, what career path you will choose, whether or not you will get married, and if so, whom you will marry. The River is a ministry especially designed to help you navigate through these life decisions by challenging you with regard to your relationship with Jesus Christ.
What Should I Expect?
Join us as we meet on Sunday nights for fellowship and a continued study of God's Word. Winter 2010 has us starting a new study focusing on how to live in the light of God's saving grace through the work of His Son. We will be studying 1 John. Feel free to join us on any given Sunday! Mario and Beth Arindaeng - Mario and Beth were married on September 19, 1998, and now have a four year old son named Jack who loves to hang out with young adults a two year old girl named Evelyn and a new baby girl, Gwendolyn. Mario and Beth have a passion to help lead a solid ministry to young adults and both have been a part of young adult ministries in the past.
